When contacting us, include the Kakulu app version, your iPhone or iPad model, your iOS version, and a description of the problem. Please do not include personal information about a child.

COMMON HELP

• Restore a subscription: Open the premium screen, complete the parental gate, and choose Restore Purchase.

• Manage or cancel billing: Open Apple Settings, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.

• Missing story images or audio: Media needs an internet connection the first time it loads. Try reliable Wi-Fi, close Kakulu, and reopen it.

• Offline reading: Make sure the premium story download completed before going offline.
